Processing time for orders is 4-5 days to process your order. Custom orders or made to order pieces will possibly take longer. Domestic orders will be sent (postcode 4670) through Australia Post, There is many different options available for shipping including how your items are shipped. Please note there is a possibility of pieces being damaged through the shipping process. If this does happen please get in touch as soon as you can! Please be aware express shipping does not fast track order processing time.

NOTE: If in Bundaberg QLD, I do offer 'Local Pickup'. This is from my home address and I have two weekly pickup times. Please Facebook message to arrange. These orders will still have the normal processing time.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons Jellybean Jane Co cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of minds on earrings unless they are still in packaging and have not been touched. However, if there is any quality issues with your order please email sales@jellybeanjane.co as soon as possible.

Some pieces are made to order and will require a processing time of 4-7 days depending on complexity. This will be confirmed upon ordering!

All pieces are handmade from polymer clay and are fragile. They are not made to be purposely bent or dropped. Please keep away from water! If they get a mark on them, wipe with a damp soft cloth.
